If Hermann Cain were to become President he could claim
much over Obama:

1. Has more experience as a Businessman and has held real
jobs in his past.

2. He is more forthright and honest than Obama.

3, That he ( Herman Cain ) would be the very first African
American POTUS .

That's just the beginning !

Keep Your Government Hands Off My Medicare
Posted by Laurence Vance on May 22, 2011 03:38 PM

That's what was seen on a sign during the debates over the healthcare bill at an anti-Obamacare rally. Now, in a recent McClatchy-Marist poll, 70 percent of those who identify with the Tea Party oppose cutting Medicare and Medicaid to deal with the federal budget deficit. Here are two other questions with disturbing answers from Tea Partiers.

Do you support or oppose doing each of the following to deal with the federal budget deficit: Increase taxes on income over 250,000 dollars? Only 53 percent opposed this. Do you support or oppose doing each of the following to deal with the federal budget deficit: Reduce military spending? Only 32 percent supported this. Oh, and a majority approved of the job Republicans are doing in Congress. And here's a surprise, 18 percent of Tea Partiers have a favorable impression of President Obama. That's almost as funny as the over 50 percent that claim in other polls to have a favorable impression of George W. Bush.

Free Speech Violation: Park Ranger Orders Visitor to Leave National Military Park, Citing Objection to Ron Paul Decals on Car

Rutherford Institute PRESS Release May 20, 2011

BLACKSBURG, S.C. — The Rutherford Institute has come to the defense of a 73-year-old Virginia resident who was allegedly ordered by a park ranger to remove his car from a national military park in South Carolina because of political messages attached to his vehicle.

Jack Faw, whose ancestors fought in the historic battle memorialized at Kings Mountain National Military Park, contacted The Rutherford Institute after being told by a park ranger that the decal promoting a political organization associated with Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX), which was displayed on the back window of Faw's car, was not allowed in the park.

In a legal letter to Park officials, constitutional attorney John W. Whitehead warned that the ranger's directive, which resulted in Faw being forced to leave the park, violated Faw's First Amendment rights, as well as National Park Service regulations. Whitehead also demanded assurances that Park employees will be properly instructed in how to respect the constitutional rights of visitors to the Park so that Faw and others will not face similar restrictions in the future.

Whitehead's letter to officials at Kings Mountain National Military Park is available at http://www.rutherford.org/pdf/2011/05-20-2011_Letter_Kings-Mountain-Park.pdf

"The display of political messages from a vehicle is unquestionably expression protected by the First Amendment's guarantee of freedom of speech," said John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute. "This type of censorship is what you would expect in some foreign regime, not a public park in America."

Jack Faw is a frequent visitor to Kings Mountain National Military Park in Blacksburg, S.C., which marks the site where three of his ancestors fought in the Revolutionary War. Faw visited the park on May 6, 2011, en route to his home in Virginia. Soon after arriving and in the midst of his tour through the exhibits, Faw was approached by a park ranger who asked Faw to come into the ranger's office. The ranger informed Faw that he must remove his car from the parking lot because it displayed a political decal that is not allowed in National Parks. On the rear window of Faw's passenger vehicle is a translucent decal promoting "Ron Paul's Campaign for Liberty," an organization dedicated to reestablishing and furthering the principles embodied in the United States Constitution. Although Faw protested that he had a right to display the decal and asserted it was not causing any disturbance, the ranger insisted that the car be removed from the park, at which point Mr. Faw felt compelled to comply with the order and left the Park.

Insisting that National Park employees be properly educated about basic constitutional precepts in order to ensure that this incident is not repeated, attorney John Whitehead reminded Park officials that visitors to National Parks do not forfeit their First Amendment rights to speech and expression. Indeed, noted Whitehead, Faw's political messages on his vehicle appear to be wholly consistent with and allowable under regulations promulgated last October by the National Park Service concerning expressive activities by the public within National Parks. Furthermore, not only is the display of a political message on a vehicle unquestionably expression protected by the First Amendment, but a federal appeals court recently ruled that the right of citizens to freedom of speech applies within the confines of National Parks.

Long ago I heard that a person will have the most friends if he or she
never discusses these two subjects: religion and politics. Now, it
seems that those two subjects are so intertwined that no 'possible'
candidate for public office can have even a hope of winning an
election unless such has made a strong commitment to support the
religious doctrine of the sought-after voters, or to support the…
'planks' of either the Republicans or the Democrats. In short, most
in-the-mold candidates have already SOLD their souls to the failed
rituals of Washington, before the first campaign speeches have been
made!

While most Americans go-out-of-their-way to give Muslims 'their
space', few of those same Americans will deny the clear threat—both to
US security, and to World Peace—that the billion plus Muslims pose to
the world. Are all Muslims bad people? Of course not! *** The
likely reason Muslims represent such a threat to the world is due to
their over zealousness to conform to the RITUALS spelled out in the
largely out-of-date Koran, i.e., it never has been updated to be apt
to modern times. When the latter was written, there was no media and
no organizational structures to define who "the believers" are. To
help establish easy identity, a ritual, for example, required men to
participate in over-ordered, daily prayers. And it required that
married women wear burkes. In that era of barbarism, such highly-
covering garments probably offered some protection from being raped.

Most of the severe punishments for breaking Muslims' religious rules
was to force conformity to those rules, not to maim or to kill as many
people as possible. Romans dreamed up crucifixion, not so much for
inhumanely torturing and killing as many people as possible, but to
force conformity to their mandated-by-force-of-arms regulations. In a
somewhat similar way, my New Constitution will force public officials
to conform, because such document will hang for treason any of their
number who advocate an even vaguely socialistic or communist policy in
government. They must swear, on penalty of death, to agree to and to
uphold this sentence: "Fair play and democracy shall have supremacy in
the USA!". Socialism and communism aren't fair! It is my hope that
most public officials will conform, and few will need to be hanged.

Barack Obama, our deluded Manchurian Candidate "president", wishes to
align himself with the massive number of Muslim, "world order"
voters. He supposes that the lesser number of Jewish voters can be
sacrificed so that the majority of disadvantaged people in the world
will be inspired to vote for him, Barack Obama, the obvious anti-
Christ. My own, earlier-proposed solution to the problems with Israel
is simply to create an architectural master plan that has LAYERED
ownership of property that's not tied to the 'footprint' of the bounds
of the land—but rather is deeded much like a high-rise condominium.
There can be layered roads and walkways as well, so that there is no
"forced" interaction between Jews and Muslims. The resulting
courtyards can become beautiful gardens that attract more tourists.

The most direct route to world peace is for Israel to ADMIT that they
took the territory of others without just compensation. The crying
need of Muslims, who have been slighted far too often, is to be taught
how to live, work, survive and prosper in a FAIR capitalist economy!
Because few in the world understand capitalism better than Jews, it
should be the responsibility of the Jewish Nation of Israel to become
a learning center for those of all faiths for the purpose of fostering
business development and capitalism. Where there are now deserts—
which aren't too conducive to having compassionate people living
thereon—there could be green forests, sustained by weather-control
technology that can gradually reclaim the Sahara, and other arid
areas, for a higher level human habitation as well as prosperity. But
such technology can't be applied if the citizens of those arid nations
are militant toward receiving outside help. Israel must set the right
tone.

The UK was wise to enact laws aimed at preventing Muslim or other
religious from concentrating in enclaves. The wearing of burkes, or
even scarves on the head, is a statement saying: "I am in lock-step
with the teachings of my religion, and anyone who is otherwise is my…
enemy." *** In all of world history, nothing has been more hurtful to
more people than organized religions! They are the most divisive and
wasteful institutions ever conceived! As with Muslims, Catholics have
their "conformity rituals", such as the attending of morning masses;
playing with their prayer beads; going to confessions; wearing lacy
scarves; and lighting prayer candles. Catholics are, in fact, so
overly indoctrinated, that they know less about the Bible from first-
hand reading and analysis than those of, say, the Protestant
religions. A major indication of their naïveté is Catholics' crusades
to see, for example, frescoes that… "cry", or other links to their
near idolatry of the Virgin Mary.

Recently, when Pope John Paul II was Beatified, over a million of the
vacuous faithful showed up—as if their attendance at such an event
would surely guarantee a higher position in heaven. I had the same
sort of feeling seeing the ¾ million who showed up in Washington
8/18/2010 to attend Glenn Beck's religious crusade.

I admire Pope John Paul II for saying the following (I paraphrase):
"It is STEALING for an employer to pay wages that are lower than the
value of the work that the employees do; and it is STEALING for
employees to demand and get (to blackmail, as by labor unions), wages
that are in excess of the value of the work they produce." That same
principle of FAIRNESS is at the heart of my New Constitution! Since
socialism pays people for work not performed, that is STEALING, and is
thus unconstitutional! Don't people realize that if they support a
Democratic 'plank' favoring socialism or communism, that they are
aiding and abetting crimes? What about "Thou shall not steal!" do you
leftist, liberal 'progressives' not understand?

I was both heartened and disheartened by the declared candidacy of
that dignified Black, Herman Cain. On the night of the SC debate, I
was inadvertently preoccupied with making my (yes, ritualistic)
replies on these news groups. So, I missed the debate that I had
wanted to hear. Later, I heard excerpts of Cain's replies and was
impressed. His appealing to the "Tea Party" is of little importance.
But his appealing to doing morally correct things is VERY important!
Do the latter and government will start being run more cost effectively
—which is morally correct!

Cain erred when he cited correcting the decline in our religious
values as the first tine in his three-prong goals for improving this
country. Commentators, later, said that Cain will appeal to
evangelicals. When Cain, consciously, tries to appeal to any 'group',
that amounts to the damnable continuation of the same group-against-
group divisiveness that is sure to destroy this country. My New
Constitution says: "1st Amendment: No law shall be made regarding the
establishment of peaceable religion or prohibiting the free exercise
thereof, but government, its campaigns, processes, slogans, and
disbursements shall be secular." The USA shall never make the mistake
of having our government be associated with evangelicals, nor any
religion whatsoever! Don't Muslims already have enough reasons to
hate us without our being just another "Jew-like" enemy of theirs?

As George Carlin knew, and Bill Maher knows, religions make little
practical sense. Wouldn't the world have been better served if the
hundreds of millions of dollars wasted on constructing the Vatican,
and filling it with gold-encrusted artwork, had, instead, been spent
on correcting the energy deficiency that caused North African
countries to deplete organic matter, which, in turn, allowed the
Sahara to triple in size in half a century? Wouldn't the world have
less hunger and starvation? Can anyone JUSTIFY any religion, Judaism
included? If so, then give it your best shot!

I am a fan of Franklin Graham. He travels the globe (as his church)
looking for ways of improving the world condition. That is the type
of labor that Jesus Christ would sanction—not the labor of
constructing gold-domed mosques, or tall-steepled churches, wherein,
those who join are brainwashed into believing that they're the chosen
group that's best positioned to be going to Heaven; and all others are
their enemies. As was evinced in the movie '2012', I don't recommend
running into any religious edifice as a protection, or as proof of
one's suitability for salvation. I hope Herman Cain, who happens to
look like Danny Glover, has a better fate. *** His "outsider-to-
government" image will be best served if he will REJECT the entire,
unconstitutional, primary system. By running as an independent, I can
assure you that the "mad as hell and not going to take this anymore"
crowd, in sufficient numbers, will be able to locate his name on the
ballot come election day.

Sometime in August, Glenn Beck is going to Israel hoping he can have
another 8/18 type event—this time on the world stage. Don't put your
money on that man. Put your money on every individual in the world
(except, perhaps, the psychotic mass murderers) having value in the
overall scheme of things. As is explained in my little book, 'The
Shortest Distance; Harmony Through Prosperity'—when individuals give
their due and get their due, the world will start being a better
place. No government edicts will be needed, nor any crusades having
to be fought. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!";
"Love thy neighbor as thyself!"; and "Pay it forward!", practically
speaking, are about as much 'religion' as the world needs. I hope
Franklin Graham will agree.

Respectfully submitted,

Supreme Court judge suspected of deception during confirmation hearings
May 22nd, 2011 7:48 am ET
Jim Kouri

Judicial Watch's lawsuit has been consolidated with a similar FOIA lawsuit that had been first filed against the DOJ by Brent Bozell and the Media Research Center. The lawsuits are now both before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The documents referenced in this article were first produced in the Media Research litigation.

A Washington, DC-based public-interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption reported on Friday that its officials have obtained documents suggesting US Supreme Court Associate Justice Elena Kagan helped coordinate the Obama administration's legal defense of the Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare) while she served as Solicitor General.

During her confirmation, Kagan claimed she was not involved in the Department of Justice (DOJ) preparations for legal challenges to Obamacare. Moreover, the Supreme Court justice did not recuse herself from the High Court decision in April 2011 when she and other Justices refused to "fast-track" the Supreme Court review of Virginia's lawsuit challenging Obamacare.

The following are highlights from the documents obtained by Judicial Watch as a result of  a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed on February 24, 2011. (Judicial Watch's lawsuit has been consolidated with a similar FOIA lawsuit that had been first filed against the DOJ by Brent Bozell and the Media Research Center. The lawsuits are now both before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The documents referenced in this article were first produced in the Media Research litigation.)

According to a memo from former Deputy Solicitor General (and current Acting Solicitor General) to Brian Hauck, Senior Counsel to Associate Attorney General Thomas Perrelli, Kagan was involved in the strategy to defend Obamacare from the very beginning:

Subject: Re: Health Care Defense:
Brian, Elena would definitely like OSG [Office of Solicitor General] to be involved in this set of issues…we will bring in Elena as needed. [The "set of issues" refers to another email calling for assembling a group to figure out "how to defend against the…health care proposals that are pending."]
On March 21, 2010, Katyal urged Kagan to attend a health care litigation meeting that was evidently organized by the Obama White House: "This is the first I've heard of this. I think you should go, no? I will, regardless, but feel like this is litigation of singular importance."

In another email exchange that took place on January 8, 2010, Katyal's Department of Justice colleague Brian Hauck asked Katyal about putting together a group to discuss challenges to Obamacare. "Could you figure out the right person or people for that?" Hauck asked. "Absolutely right on. Let's crush them," Katyal responded. "I'll speak with Elena and designate someone."

However, following the May 10, 2010, announcement that President Obama would nominate Kagan to the U.S. Supreme Court, Katyal position changed significantly as he began to suggest that Kagan had been "walled off" from Obamacare discussions.

For example, the documents included the following May 17, 2010 exchange between Kagan, Katyal and Tracy Schmaler, a DOJ spokesperson:

Shmaler to Katyal, Subject HCR [Health Care Reform] litigation: "Has Elena been involved in any of that to the extent SG ]Solicitor General's] office was consulted?...

Katyal to Schmaler: "No she has never been involved in any of it. I've run it for the office, and have never discussed the issues with her one bit."

Katyal (forwarded to Kagan): "This is what I told Tracy about Health Care."

Kagan to Schmaler: "This needs to be coordinated. Tracy you should not say anything about this before talking to me."

Included among the documents is a Vaughn Index, a privilege log which describes records that are being withheld in whole or in part by the Justice Department. The index provides further evidence of Kagan's involvement in Obamacare-related discussions.

For example, Kagan was included in an email chain (March 17–18, 2010) in which the following subject was discussed: "on what categories of legal arguments may arise and should be prepared in the anticipated lawsuit." The subject of the email was "Health Care." Another email chain on March 21, 2010, entitled "Health care litigation meeting," references an "internal government meeting regarding the expected litigation." Kagan is both author and recipient in the chain.

The index also references a series of email exchanges on May 17, 2010, between Kagan and Obama White House lawyers and staff regarding Kagan's "draft answer" to potential questions about recusal during the Supreme Court confirmation process.

The White House officials involved include: Susan Davies, Associate White House Counsel; Daniel Meltzer, then-Principal Deputy White House Counsel; Cynthia Hogan, Counsel to the Vice President; and Ronald Klain, then-Chief of Staff for Vice President Biden.

The DOJ is refusing to produce this draft answer, according to Judicial Watch.

The Vaughn index also describes a March 24, 2010, email exchange between Associate Attorney General Beth Brinkmann and Michael Dreeben, Kagan's Deputy Solicitor General, with the subject header, "Health Care Challenges:" "…I had a national conference call with the Civil Chiefs. A memo also went out the day before. I am forwarding right after this. Let's discuss if you have more ideas about what to do."

As reported by CNS News:

In the questionnaire she filled out for the Senate Judiciary Committee during her confirmation process, Kagan said she would abide by the "letter and spirit" of 28 U.S.C. 455 in deciding whether she felt compelled to recuse herself as a Supreme Court Justice from any case that came before the High Court.

According to the law, a 'justice … shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might be reasonably questioned.' It further says any justice 'shall also disqualify himself … [w]here he has served in governmental employment and in such capacity participated as counsel, adviser or material witness concerning the proceedings or expressed an opinion concerning the merits of the particular case in controversy.

"Any reasonable person would read these documents and come to the same conclusion: Elena Kagan helped coordinate the Obama administration's defense of Obamacare. And as long as the Justice Department continues to withhold key documents, the American people won't know for sure whether her involvement would warrant her recusal from any Obamacare litigation that comes before the High Court," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Special thanks to Jill Farrell, director of communications, for her assistance in gathering the above information.

California bulks up high-speed rail lobbying ... but is it working?

WASHINGTON – The California High-Speed Rail Authority has bulked up its
lobbying efforts even as some lawmakers question its effectiveness.

Facing a skeptical Congress, the Sacramento-based high-speed rail group
this year enlisted a Republican who learned the ropes alongside former
House Majority Leader Tom DeLay.

The Republican lobbyist, Drew Maloney, augments a Democrat, Mark Kadesh,
who once served as chief of staff to Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein.
Both have their work cut out for them.

For high-speed rail, the questions are sharp, the competition is
motivated, and the money is tight.

"With the Federal Railway Administration being our major project and
funding partner, we think it important to have representation in D.C. to
interface with the administration and with members of Congress," said
Jeffrey Barker, the high-speed rail authority's deputy executive director.

Barker said Kadesh and Maloney, while registered lobbyists, are serving
as "our actual federal policy advisers," augmenting a 20-member
California staff. He said they keep federal officials "informed about
the status of our project (rather) than … advocate."

Still, lobbying and other disclosure records shed light on how much
money is being spent in California and beyond to reach lawmakers.

California's competitors include the Western High Speed Rail Alliance,
with dreams of building a system connecting Arizona, Colorado, Nevada
and Utah. It paid its chief lobbyist $120,000 last year, records show.

In a similar vein, the Texas High Speed Rail and Transportation
Commission paid its lobbyists $40,000 last year.

Florida High Speed Rail followed suit in January, hiring lobbyists who
formerly worked for Florida lawmakers. The American High Speed Rail
Alliance has paid its lobbyist $70,000 since hiring the firm in October.

"It's a tough environment," Kadesh acknowledged Friday. "All major
projects are under the microscope … but, we have the strongest and best
ally, who is the president of the United States."

So far, the Obama administration has provided California nearly $3.5
billion for a high-speed rail system whose initial route would stretch
from Bakersfield to near Chowchilla.

For fiscal 2012, the Obama administration has requested $8.2 billion in
national high-speed rail funds. Separately, lawmakers will write a
transportation bill this year that could include a high-speed rail
section. Both the appropriations and public works bills are traditional
catnip for lobbyists, but both will also be particularly difficult to
pass this year.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority first hired Kadesh in June
2007, disclosure records show. Last year, he was paid $100,000 by the
rail authority.

Kadesh served as Feinstein's chief of staff for seven years. Two of his
lobbying associates likewise formerly worked for Feinstein.

In January, when the House shifted to Republican control, the California
High-Speed Rail Authority hired the Republican Maloney as well.

The California rail group paid Maloney's firm, Ogilvy Government
Relations, $30,000 during the first three months of 2011, records show.
Ogilvy Government Relations is a subsidiary of Ogilvy Public Relations
Worldwide, which has a multimillion-dollar contract with the rail authority.

Kadesh targets Democrats and Maloney targets Republicans. It's a
standard tactical division of labor, though it can sometimes seem
schizophrenic. Some California congressional offices on both sides of
the rail debate say they haven't yet been contacted by Maloney or the
Ogilvy team.

"I wouldn't recognize him if he walked down the hallway," said
Democratic Rep. Jim Costa of Fresno, a longtime high-speed rail
advocate. "I've been frustrated, and I've questioned the authority
several times about (Ogilvy's work)."

A lost opportunity, Costa said, occurred recently when the California
Legislative Analyst's Office released a scathing 28-page critique of the
high-speed rail project. No one tried to coordinate a unified Capitol
Hill defense, he said.

Costa, while praising his fellow Democrat Kadesh as "effective," said
that the California High-Speed Rail Authority "ought to save themselves
some money" and consider ending the Ogilvy contract.

Katherine Strehl, the high-speed rail project lead for Oglilvy
Government Relations, responded Friday that the Republican lobbyists
were brought in "due to their strong relationships with incoming members
and leadership," and said they have worked successfully.

"They have conducted significant outreach to California members and
those who make transportation-related decisions on both sides of the
aisle," Strehl said.

Seen another way, the dispute underscores just how politically delicate
the high-speed rail lobbying issue has become.

John,

You live in fantasy land. Facts are facts! While "a positive thinker" like you might have dreams of a clown with a contrived television show running our country, the clown has to first declare himself a candidate.

That you would be suckered into believing that a hustler with a gimmick ("you're fired") would be some kind of savior for the United States says volumes about your thinking process (e.g., lack thereof).

You would have made a great lawyer, because those like to make their point. They could do that in a game of musical chairs with a tack in each seat. Get the point? Ha, ha, HA! — J. A. A. —

Answer to (2.) is at *** in the preface, copied below: "Preface:        The Will of the People is the foundation of government.  The People must be represented faithfully and without bias so that government can properly and efficiently perform its functions in the coming ages.  Federal government shall be limited to functions that cannot be better performed by local and state governments.  Such shall be the enabler of freedom, justice, fair commerce, climates of opportunity, cooperative efforts, and national security both internal and external.  Such shall be businesslike yet human; impartial yet focused; considerate of our environment, heritage, peace and tranquillity; effective without boastfulness; *** and divorced from politics.  The federal government shall not be considered to be synonymous with the USA, and those therein are not a ruling class nor are they dictators; rather they are the servants of the USA and shall be answerable to it and to any law-abiding Citizen or Citizens thereof.  We honor these objectives for the benefit of our-selves and our posterity."
*I am assuming you have just posted the preface to YOUR New Constitution. Once again, you are guilty of obfuscation. You did not answer my question. Where in the Constitution (the existing one - not YOURS) does it prohibit political parties?*>  (3.)  In my New Constitution the 'speaker' is simply a parliamentarian
who happens to be presiding.  That person shall have no power to direct the course of proceedings based on their personal biases.  This is the sentence which you neglected to copy: " The House makes the rules for its proceedings, punishes disorderly members, and with the assent of 60% can expel a member for a violation.  ***But no rule shall be made that concentrates power in any individual(s) beyond his or her one vote."  That excludes allowing the speaker, or chairmen of any committees, to have any more 'power' than the members have.
*What does YOUR New Constitution have to do with reality?*>  (4.)  The Secret Service wasn't part of government during the earlier
years.  It is required in the Constitution that candidates for President be natural born citizens of the USA and at least 35 years old.  All members of the Secret service are required to take an oath to uphold the Constitution.  If such deliberately and flagrantly overlook CRIMINALITY that is hugely harmful to the USAthe way all socialist-communist policies arethen members of the S. S. who are responsible, likewise, shall be guilty of treason, for giving aid and comfort to the ENEMY (socialists and communists)!   Since the Constitution is the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, deliberately violating that law for the obvious purpose of SUBVERTING the Constitution and causing the failure of our economic systems is TREASON of the highest order!  Barack H. Obama should be hanged post haste!
*The Constitution states, "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."* *Unfortunately, that same Constitution offers no insight as to what constitutes a "natural born citizen" or how such provision shall be enforced. That the Secret Service was not created until 1865 (to suppress counterfeit currency) should be evidence enough that they have no responsibility for determining the eligibility of the POTUS. *

As such, the House has chosen to elect a Speaker. This would prompt most people to call that person Speaker, much as most would call the head of a local PTA "Madam President." 4) Does any part of the Constitution or any Law require the Secret Service to look into the qualifications of the President? As many as 18% of Americans are unemployed or underemployed.  The rock hard, leftist Democrats for Obama are projected to be able to raise over a billion dollars to get that traitor to America re elected.  If, as Ive proposed, presidential candidates spend no more than five million dollars on their campaigns, *** there can be, literally, billions of dollars that can remain in the pockets of the voters, rather than going to our close-to-universally-corrupt media.  A huge plus will be the suspension of the unconstitutional, spaced-out primaries that give the most power to the voters of Iowa and etc. When the primaries are suspended, there will be no more unconstitutional party conventions such as gave us our Manchurian Candidate, Barack Hussein Obama of Kenya.  Once and for all there will be an end to the unconstitutional political parties which have split the USA down the aisle for far too long. Voters should have no trouble choosing good choices for President based simply on televised debates and fairly-formatted candidate interviews.  The entire election process should span no more than six months, and the candidates can stay rested, rather than being frazzled by the stupidity of jetting back and forth on the pretext of being better able to serve the people of the particular state they happen to be in better than he or she can serve the citizens of a dozen other states where the same dull speech was recited before. With give-em-hell Donald Trump out of the race, Im not sure there is a single presidential hopeful wise enough and practical enough to Kick the Ass of the Entire Primary System!  It only takes ONE brave candidate to do that.  Simply say: The primaries give inequitable power to the voters in the early primaries.  That makes the spaced-out primaries unconstitutional, as it does the party conventions that follow.  Nothing in the Constitution allows quasi-governmental bodies, like our political parties, to have ANY say-so whatsoever in how governmental processes are run.  In a Republic, like the USA is so clearly mandated to be, there can be no LEADERS in Congress!  Every representative, regardless of how recently he or she was elected, shall have identical voting power.  To call Newt Gingrich Mr. Speaker is to create ROYALTY in Congress that was so detested by the founding fathers.  George Washington rejected the idea that he should be king!  And George Washington would reject the notion that Czars under the control of the President can bypass the powers granted to Congress alone. Thus far, the Ritual of the Secret Service protecting the (gag) President is preventing them from asking this simple question: Is the long form birth certificate of Obamawhich was posted on the Internet in digital forma LAYERED *. pdf file?  If there are LAYERS, then, that document is a definite forgery.  I repeat: Is the long form birth certificate of Obamawhich was posted on the Internet in digital forma LAYERED *. pdf file?  If the answer is confirmed to be

What Would The Sainted 'W' Do About Israel?
written by Ilana Mercer on 05.21.11 @ 11:35 pm

EXACTLY WHAT OBAMA IS DOING. To listen to "conservatives," one would think George Bush and his murderous band of neoconservatives held a vastly different position to Obama's on the Israeli-Palestinian peace process farce. Nothing of the sort. First, the Arab Spring is as much Bush's wet dream than it is Obama's. To wit, necons have not stopped gushing about the "virtual reality of the 'Arab Spring,'" "in spite of their 1,400 year old systemic track record of tyranny, terror, political violence, uncertainty, volatility and treachery."

Who other than the "Skeeza who is a Condoleeza" and her boss Bush pushed for "democratic" elections in the PA? Having superimposed their phantasmagoric narrative about Iraq on the world, Bush and Rice set about validating the Palestinian parallel universe. They forced Israel to let Hamas, whose plank includes the destruction of Israel, to campaign openly in East Jerusalem. The Bush-supported free elections in the territories saw the "Palestinian People" vote overwhelmingly for the "Islamic Resistance Movement" (Hamas). When that transpired, George Bush deceived the American people. He told them that Palestinians want peace and that their "yes" to Hamas was merely a yen for healthcare and other welfare.

The following are excerpts from a statement George W. Bush's gave in January 10, 2008, during a visit to the "Holy Land":

"The point of departure for permanent status negotiations to realize this vision seems clear: There should be an end to the occupation that began in 1967. The agreement must establish Palestine as a homeland for the Palestinian people, just as Israel is a homeland for the Jewish people. … I believe that any peace agreement between them will require mutually agreed adjustments to the armistice lines of 1949 to reflect current realities and to ensure that the Palestinian state is viable and contiguous. I believe we need to look to the establishment of a Palestinian state and new international mechanisms, including compensation, to resolve the refugee issue."

W's Solomonic wisdom extended to an assertion about the sanctity of Jerusalem to Palestinians. Another lie. Jerusalem was sacred to Jews for nearly two thousand years before Muhammad and is not once mentioned in the Koran.

BHO may be doing one better than Bush, but Bush led the way; he's the original flea bag.
