Hi Bruce.. the prostate is surrounded by several neurons andnerves that serve other functions than pleasure.  It is just a coincident that this happens.  there are evolutionary reasons for why we have evolved the way we have.  It is so that procreation is the end result. I have no issue with same sex partnerships and what people do behind closed doors.  But it is a stretch to say that a prostate massage is the reason that being gay is natural. Some women can have orgasms just by stimulation of the nipples-does that mean we should say that is proof that lesbian relationships are natural.  Not really.  The nerves that help with erection are in the same area-parasympathetic ganglion. That is all I have to say.  S

This is sheer Orwellian insanity!  The Fifth Amendment clearly states that no person "shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself."  By being forced to give up your passwords, you are being compelled to be a witness against yourself:

The Colorado prosecution of a woman accused of a mortgage scam will test whether the government can punish you for refusing to disclose your encryption passphrase.

The Obama administration has asked a federal judge to order the defendant, Ramona Fricosu, to decrypt an encrypted laptop that police found in her bedroom during a raid of her home.

Because Fricosu has opposed the proposal, this could turn into a precedent-setting case. No U.S. appeals court appears to have ruled on whether such an order would be legal or not under the U.S. Constitution's Fifth Amendment, which broadly protects Americans' right to remain silent.

In a brief filed last Friday, Fricosu's Colorado Springs-based attorney, Philip Dubois, said defendants can't be constitutionally obligated to help the government interpret their files. "If agents execute a search warrant and find, say, a diary handwritten in code, could the target be compelled to decode, i.e., decrypt, the diary?"

To the U.S. Justice Department, though, the requested court order represents a simple extension of prosecutors' long-standing ability to assemble information that could become evidence during a trial. The department claims:

Public interests will be harmed absent requiring defendants to make available unencrypted contents in circumstances like these. Failing to compel Ms. Fricosu amounts to a concession to her and potential criminals (be it in child exploitation, national security, terrorism, financial crimes or drug trafficking cases) that encrypting all inculpatory digital evidence will serve to defeat the efforts of law enforcement officers to obtain such evidence through judicially authorized search warrants, and thus make their prosecution impossible.

Yeah.  Progressive Commies ALWAYS play the "child exploitation" card whenever they are about to strip you of your rights.  Funny, but I don't recall Obama and Eric Holder as being particularly concerned about halting the abhorrent practice of killing unborn children.

Prosecutors stressed that they don't actually require the passphrase itself, meaning Fricosu would be permitted to type it in and unlock the files without anyone looking over her shoulder. They say they want only the decrypted data and are not demanding "the password to the drive, either orally or in written form."

Semantics, semantics.  Regardless of whether or not a citizen secretly types in the password or outright gives the password to the prosecution, the results are the same:  Forced self-incrimination.

The question of whether a criminal defendant can be legally compelled to cough up his encryption passphrase remains an unsettled one, with law review articles for at least the last 15 years arguing the merits of either approach. (A U.S. Justice Department attorney wrote an article in 1996, for instance, titled "Compelled Production of Plaintext and Keys.")

Much of the discussion has been about what analogy comes closest. Prosecutors tend to view PGP passphrases as akin to someone possessing a key to a safe filled with incriminating documents. That person can, in general, be legally compelled to hand over the key. Other examples include the U.S. Supreme Court saying that defendants can be forced to provide fingerprints, blood samples, or voice recordings.

On the other hand are civil libertarians citing other Supreme Court cases that conclude Americans can't be forced to give "compelled testimonial communications" and extending the legal shield of the Fifth Amendment to encryption passphrases. Courts already have ruled that that such protection extends to the contents of a defendant's mind, so why shouldn't a passphrase be shielded as well?

We all know that the numbers just never seem to add up. The Labor Department continues to use fuzzy math and accounting tricks to protect President Obama's ass. As I've constantly stated, the numbers don't lie.

If you are an American looking for work -- no, make that pleading to be allowed to earn a living -- you already know this: the job market is even worse than Washington is telling us. And Washington yesterday told us that the employment situation is just plain ugly.

The Labor Department officially announced that only 18,000 jobs were created during the month of June compared to May's levels. That's considerably below the 157,000 jobs that payroll-processing firm ADP said on Thursday were added by companies in the private sector.

Our economy is said to need at least 150,000 jobs a month just to keep up with people entering the workforce. So even job growth of 150,000 isn't good enough.

Worse, not only are newcomers trying to find positions, but there are also 7.084 million fewer jobs in this economy than there were at the 2008 peak. So people who'd like to get their careers started are competing against millions of experienced job seekers looking to just get back into the game.

Now for the really bad news: that 18,000 gain announced by the government yesterday isn't real.

For one thing, the number of jobs increased in June only because the Labor Department simultaneously revised downward the number of jobs that existed in this country during May. It's like moving the fences at Citi Field so the Mets players can hit more home runs. It might make Jose Reyes feel better, but it doesn't actually make him more powerful.

Without the fence-moving operation in the May employment report, the June number -- yesterday's number -- would have shown a decline of 26,000 jobs.

Then there's another problem with June's employment report. Included in the 18,000 headline number is a guesstimate that 131,000 jobs were created by newly formed -- and, therefore, invisible -- companies.

If you want to send your resume to one of these companies, don't bother. They probably don't exist, and neither do the jobs the government thinks they are creating. These figments of the imagination of the Labor Department's computers will probably disappear when the numbers are checked early next year.

Look even deeper in the June report and you'll see something else you really don't want to know. The more broadly defined U-6 unemployment rate, which includes people who are underemployed, went from 15.8 percent in May to 16.2 percent in June.

These are workers who want full-time jobs but can't find them. And the U-6 figure doesn't even include people who've given up looking for work because they believe it's hopeless.

Since this entire column is filled with bad news, I may as well give it all to you at once: The job numbers are only going to get worse in the months ahead.

He questions why no one has acknowledged the president was in   their classroom or ate in the same cafeteria or made impromptu speeches   on campus.  Stephanopoulos also was a classmate of Obama at Columbia --the   class of 1984..  He says he never had a single class with him.   While he is such a great orator, why doesn't anyone in Obama's college   class remember him?  And, why won't he allow Columbia to release his   records?   NOBODY REMEMBERS OBAMA AT COLUMBIA   Looking for evidence of Obama's past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia   University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there,   but none remembered him.  For example, Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama,   a political science major at Columbia , who also graduated in 1983.  In   2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that   knew him, and they all know me. I don't have a classmate who ever knew   Barack Obama at Columbia ... EVER!   Nobody recalls him. Root adds that he was also, like Obama, "Class of '83   political science, pre-law" and says, "You don't get more exact or closer   than that.  Never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him."   At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago, who was asked to   be the speaker of the class?  Me.  No one ever heard of Barack!  And five   years ago, nobody even knew who he was.  The guy who writes the class   notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York , 'the macha' who knows   everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him."   Obama's photograph does not appear in the school's yearbook, and Obama   consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia ,   provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or   friends while at Columbia .   NOTE: Root graduated as valedictorian from his high school,   Thornton-Donovan School , then graduated from Columbia University in 1983   as a political science major in the same class in which Barack Hussein   Obama states he was.   Some other interesting questions???   Why was Obama's law license inactivated in 2002?   Why was Michelle's law license inactivated by court order?   It is circulating that according to the U.S. Census, there is only one   Barack Obama but 27 Social Security numbers and over 80 aliases.   WHAT!?   The Social Security number he uses now originated in Connecticut where he   is never reported to have lived.   No wonder all his records are sealed!   Please continue sending this out to everyone. Somewhere, someone had to   know him in school...before he "reorganized" Chicago and burst upon the   scene at the 2004 Democratic Convention and made us swoon with his charm,   poise, and speaking pizzazz.

A woman from Los Angeles who was a tree hugger, a liberal Democrat, and an anti-hunter, purchased a piece of timberland near Colville , WA .

There was a large tree on one of the highest points in the tract. She wanted a good view of the natural splendor of her land so she started to climb the big tree. As she neared the top she encountered a spotted owl that attacked her. In her haste to escape, the woman slid down the tree to the ground and got many splinters in her crotch.

In considerable pain, she hurried to a local ER to see a doctor. She told him she was an environmentalist, a democrat, and an anti-hunter and how she came to get all the splinters. The doctor listened to her story with great patience and then told her to go wait in the examining room and he would see if he could help her.

She sat and waited three hours before the doctor reappeared. The angry woman demanded, "What took you so long?" He smiled and then told her, "Well, I had to get permits from the Environmental Protection Agency, the Forest Service, and the Bureau of Land Manage ment before I could remove old-growth timber from a "recreational area" so close to a waste treatment facility. I'm sorry, but due to Obama Care they turned me down."
