<b>Speaking of Historic Opportunity from Virginia</b>

Try hearing <a href="http://youtu.be/iZvZWUZFevI"><b>Mandisa's
"Born for this"</b></a> . It is GREAT music that makes the meaning of
this post easier to get.
=====================================================================
Virginia has a history that caused her to become the mother of
Founding Father presidents.

That history still shows within the extraordinary beauty of Virginia's
constitution and statutes.<br />
Virginia's law still enables her to save the constitutional republic
of the United States if she will first save herself from the custom of
cavalier conceits of authority whose toxic culture came to the '<i>Old
Dominion</i>' with refugees from the English Civil War.

Because of this experience Virginia appears to be the only state that
has a law equivalent to <a href="http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/
legp504.exe?000+cod+18.2-481
" target="_blank"><b>VA18.2-481(5)</b></
a>
where '<i>Resisting the execution of the laws under the color of its
authority</i>' is defined as '<i>Statutory Treason</i>'.

Slavery was one of those experiences.

In 1619 slavery had no lawful basis under the English common law
written upon the hearts of its people – Slavery in Virginia started as
no more than the cavalier criminal conceit of
'<i>Our law will not protect <b>you</b> – as far as <b>you</b> are
concerned</i>
<b>I</b> <i>am the law</i>'.
That purely criminal evil is still with us and is conclusively
evidenced by EVERY officer of our courts – Yet, if
confronted and pardoned by our Governor upon the penitent virtue of
toothy parole oath that evil can be removed from Virginia's future.

Yes, and even our country's future because every Virginia federal
judge is still a member of the Virginia Bar , still an officer of the
courts of Virginia, and so deemed by the presumptions of Virginia law
to professionally know the law so that they must recognize
VA18.2-481(5) felony when it occurs and so are conclusively evidenced
as having at LEAST criminally perpetrated felony <a href="http://
leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod
+18.2-482
"target="_blank"><b>VA18.2-482
'<i>Misprision of Treason</i>'</b></a>.

ALL such officers must plead for pardon or eventually be condemned by
our law – under God – that requires that ALL felony, and conditions
that foster felony, be presented to a grand jury until the felony is
properly judged. Our Governor's pardon is the best and only way out of
the felony condemnation due every lawyer and judge in Virginia,
INCLUDING Virginia's federal judges!

'Constitution Reset' naturally cascading from Virginia can gently and
gracefully save our country.

The Question that remains is '<i>Does Virginia still have the heart to
raise leaders ready to face God?</i>'

<b>All prayer warriors, please remember us. May we become fit to serve
God & Country as our law requires</b>.
=====================================================================

In Virginia's state & federal courts pleadings can be thrown out for
being longer than 20 pages -
meaning <b>NO</b> complex RICO combinations in seditious treason to
our Constitution may, at this season,
[soon ending -God willing]
be remedied in the state & federal courts of Virginia.

Va18.2-481(5) statutory treason of "<i>resisting the execution of the
laws under the</i>[mere false color] <i>of its authority</i>" is
the customary daily course of business, conclusively evidenced, in the
courts' record as being perpetrated by ALL officers of the courts of
Virginia - that includes the federal court judges who are all members
of the Va bar and so officers of the SCOVa.

Yet my Va Governor, Bob McDonnell, is oath bound to use all necessary
and constitutional authorized force to "<i> </i>
<a href="http://legis.state.va.us/Constitution/Constitution.htm#5S7
"target="_blank">
<b>take care that the laws be faithfully executed</b></a>".
It is of no more than transient significance that my Va Governor, Bob
McDonnell, is also an officer of the SCOVa and deemed guilty with
the laws presumption of criminal intent as a consequence of his
office's license - his temporary disability to do his duty may be
removed by surrender and pardon on penitent parole oath given to his
lt.gov. Bill Bolling.

Then being made fully competent to do his duty Va. Gov. McDonnell may
demand that
ALL officers of the courts of Virginia tender their surrender
(and offered resignation on the day of the Governor's convenience)
for pardon upon the consideration of penitent particular and toothy
parole oath;
with any remainder facing the presentment of their conclusively
evidenced felony to a grand jury until indictment issues as required
by <a href="http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod
+19.2-191
" target="_blank"><b>Va19.2-191(2)</b></a>.

As for the remainder not pardoned, reasonable doubt of criminal
intent can now only be lawfully established in a jury's mind by the
pleading of incompetence at law - whereupon even if a not guilty
judgement was given the accused would have judged themselves fit for
disbarment from their profession. A subsequent recant of that
pleading would evidence perjury and fraud upon the court.

For those pardoned on the virtue of penitent parole oath, in any
subsequent violation of that parole oath they adjudge themselves as
reprobates under penalty of law.

This strategy is a worldly emulation of Jesus as authorized by
both the laws of Virginia and God - see <a href="http://bible.cc/
isaiah/41-1.htm
" target="_blank"><b>Isaiah 41:1</b></a>
<a href="http://niv.scripturetext.com/john/20-23.htm"
target="_blank"><b>John 20:23</b></a> ,<a href="http://bible.cc/
matthew/16-19.htm
" target="_blank"><b>Matthew 16:19</b></a> &amp;
<a href="http://bible.cc/matthew/18-18.htm" target="_blank"><b>18:18</
b></a>

The remaining federal judges in Virginia are now under the bond of
their parole oath to Va's governor.

Now the federal felony involved in certifying BHO as POTUS candidate
can be tried in strict obedience to Va &amp; US law.
Likewise accessory to those felonies, such as would likely ensnare
Billary so disabling her should she choose to become Democrated POTUS
candidate. Biden as POTUS could not pardon Billary for crimes tried
under state law.
=====================================================================

I ask that you diligently pray for Va Gov. Bob McDonnell, that he may
seek his own pardon
and shed the chains of his sin.
Only then can the goodness of his office's duty taste as good to him
as it aught to.

<b>Va A.G. Ken Cuccinelli's office has already replied to a VaFOIA
request for the duly authorized records of laws that would permit
certain customary and conclusively evidenced actions perpetrated by
the courts officers without those officers perpetrating felony that
entails Va18.2-481(5) statutory treason.</b>

<u>That answer, made under the presumptions of Va Law, is that
no such records of duly authorized laws exist which permits those
actions
without there being a concomitant perpetration of felony.</u>

<b>Your prayers for the salvation of Virginia's Governor made in
agreement with God can act powerfully to save our republic of the
United States and begin a gentle orderly cascade of "<i>Constitutional
Reset</i>".</b>

TAXPAYER ALERT: Obama Hints That US Will "Stand Ready" to Help with Eurozone Debt Crisis…Forgets the Debt Crisis the US is Facing Due to His Record Spending

by Scotty Starnes

Does this Keynesian dolt not understand that the U.S. is broke and the American taxpayers are sick of bailing out everything under the sun? The White House claims that the taxpayers will not be on the hook financially, but we all know how this administration loves secret bailouts.

From ABCNews:

As the European debt crisis continues to escalate, President Obama urged European Union leaders today to act quickly to resolve the eurozone crisis, saying that "the United States stands ready to do our part to help them resolve this issue.

This from the same guy who has spent over $4 trillion plus in under 3 years and has caused a credit downgrade for the first time in US history. Maybe the boy wonder should concentrate on our debt crisis before offering to help.

"This is of huge importance to our own economy. If Europe is contracting or if Europe is having difficulties, then it's much more difficult for us to create good jobs here at home because we send so many of our products and services to Europe; it is such an important trading partner for us," the president said following an annual meeting between U.S. and EU officials. "We've got a stake in their success, and we will continue to work in a constructive way to try to resolve this issue in the near future."

Obama has already blamed Europe, and a host of other things, for his terrible economy.

While Obama did not say what kind of assistance the U.S. would be willing to provide, earlier today the White House ruled out any financial contributions from U.S. taxpayers. "We do not in any way believe that additional resources are required from the United States or from American taxpayers," White House Press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters.

The Federal Reserve has secretly bailed out foreign banks and you can bet Obama, Geithner and Bernanke will screw US taxpayers to bailout Europe also.

GOP May Vote for Tax Increase

Latest Victim of Union Parasites: American Airline Files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection

by Scotty Starnes

Unions continue to be the leeches upon society and business.

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — American Airlines' parent companyis seeking Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection as it seeks to unload massive debt built up by years of accelerating jet fuel prices and labor struggles.

Obama's anti-drilling policies can be blamed and so can his beloved unions.

The nation's third largest airline also said its CEO Gerard Arpey will step down. He's being replaced by Thomas Horton, currently the company's president.

Fort Worth, Texas-based AMR Corp., along with its regional affiliate AMR Eagle Holding Corp. said Tuesday that they filed voluntary petitions to reorganize.

American says it sought protection to reduce its costs and debt to remain competitive.

The airline says it will continue normal flight operations during the reorganization.

American was the only major U.S. airline that didn't file forbankruptcy protection after the 2001 terrorist attacks. The last major airline to file for bankruptcy protection was Delta in 2005.

American says labor-contract rules force it to spend at least $600 million more than other airlines.

They charge an arm and a leg for tickets, yet they file bankruptcy because of fuel and labor costs. This is what happens when unions get involved. The service sucks, costs more and eventually the industry dies. Look at the steel industry for a prime example of what unions cause.

On Foreign Policy, Ron Paul Is More Mainstream Than His Opponents
By Conor Friedersdorf
Nov 26 2011, 5:44 PM ET

Peggy Noonan took note of the Texas congressman's aversion to war in her latest column. Will other establishment pundits follow?

In Peggy Noonan's latest column, discussed here by my colleague James Fallows, the Wall Street Journalcolumnist responds to the most recent GOP foreign policy debate by remarking on its bellicosity. "By the end, some of what was said sounded so dramatic that Ron Paul seemed like the normal one," she wrote. "He very much doesn't want new wars or new military actions. This is not an unreasonable desire!"

It's good to see an establishment columnist coming around to Paul's foreign-policy thinking, even if it's hedged in the condescending frame of they're so crazy they make even Ron Paul sound reasonable. Perhaps she'll go even farther in a future column if presented with evidence that Paul doesn't just "seem" like a normal candidate on foreign affairs, he is a normal candidate.

(In contrast, his domestic views are abnormal when compared to the American public's.)

Remember when Paul belonged to the minority in Congress that opposed the Iraq War? Now, 62 percent of Americans say fighting the Iraq war was a mistake. You know the Republicans who criticized President Obama for presiding over the end of America's military presence in Iraq? Well, like Paul (and unlike Obama) 78 percent of Americans support full withdrawal. And in Afghanistan, another country that Paul wants to leave, two thirds of Americans want to see troop levels reduced. "Just one in three Americans believe fighting there is the right thing for the U.S. to do," CBS News found, "while 57 percent think the U.S. should not be involved in Afghanistan."

Like Ron Paul, Americans are also overwhelmingly against bombing Iran's nuclear infrastructure. And although I'll bet he wants to cut the Pentagon budget more than the average American does, a majority of the public prefers defense cuts to other kinds, and as Rasmussen found earlier this year, "Nearly one-half of Americans now think the United States can make major cuts in defense spending without putting the country in danger. They believe even more strongly that there's no risk in cutting way back on what America spends to defend other countries."

Comparing Paul's positions to those of either the American people or foreign-affairs experts in the State Department and academia, it is clear that his views are closer to normal than most of his Republican opponents' (that is to say, closer to normal than everyone but Jon Huntsman). On the biggest, most consequential foreign policy issues, he is averse to war, as are his countrymen. It is only when they are compared to the views of the Washington establishment, where the Washington Post op-ed page, the Weekly Standard, and the American Enterprise Institute are regarded as mainstream institutions, that Paul's foreign-policy views seem like the abnormal ones.

Of course, as the Iraq war showed, American public opinion can be turned in favor of military intervention, even if our national security isn't threatened. But a lot of faulty intelligence and false propaganda is required to do so. Forced to confront the full reality of our presence and actions in the world, the average American would be horrified by how closely we resemble an empire.

The average presidential candidate would consider it normal.

TPM2012
Newt's Neocon Army
Benjy Sarlin & Evan McMorris-Santoro November 29, 2011, 6:00 AM 5288 54

When it comes to foreign policy, the Republican frontrunner likes it old-school. Neo-old school.

We've had two foreign policy themed debates in the GOP primary now, which have provided ample opportunity to see what a Republican foreign policy would look like in 2013. And in the case of Newt Gingrich, it would probably look like a kind of neocon fantasy land.

Foreign Policy published an excellent rundown of Gingrich's foreign policy advising team, most of whom "have known Newt for decades, and see themselves as helping a candidate who already boasts a long track record and well-formed intellectual identity when it comes to foreign policy."

Here's a taste of World Team Gingrich:

David Wurmser: Gingrich's Middle East policy adviser was a notorious member of Vice President Cheney's inner circle that pushed the U.S. into war in Iraq. Once he was questioned during an espionage probe while in the vice president's office, and he was one of the names driving the initial support for the later disgraced Ahmed Chalabi. Asked by the Daily Telegraph in 2007 if he was a neocon, he offered this: "There's nothing 'neo' about me. I'm a very medieval sort of guy."

James Woosley: A former director of the CIA, Woolsey recently spoke at a panel hosted by the founder of Judicial Watch focused on President Obama's " political jihad promoting Islam around the world." Woolsey is a serious Iran hawk, warning that the way the West is dealing with the nation at the moment "rhymes with what was taking place in the 1930s [with Nazi Germany]". Woolsey is a Democrat (of the Lieberman school) but he's helped Republicans running for president before. In 2008, he advised John McCain.

Stephen Yates: Another ex-Cheney national security team member, Yates is known among other things for his work on China. One former U.S. ambassador to China familiar with Yates says he views "China as the solution to 'enemy deprivation syndrome.'" As Counterpunch explained the theory, "You need some unifying enemy after the collapse of the Soviet Union." Not exactly the most productive way to view one of America's most important trading partner, perhaps.

It's not just Gingrich who's dipping in the neocon well to form a national security strategy. Rick Perry, who was once the frontrunner before descending out of view like so many before him, leaned on former Donald Rumsfeld deputy Doug Feith, best known for pushing the Al queda-Iraq connection in the run up to the Iraq War and being called by former Gen. Tommy Franks "the f***ing stupidest guy on the face of the earth."

But no one can top Michele Bachmann when it comes to extremist foreign policy advisers. No less than Islamic fearmonger-in-chief Frank Gaffney himself has been a foreign policy adviser to her campaign.

Foreign policy is a favorite topic inside the beltway, though with the down economy (and a Democratic president in office who never met a missile-laden drone he didn't like) it's not clear how much of a role arguments over international affairs will have on the presidential campaign. Republicans certainly like to ding President Obama over Israel and Iran, but it's hard to predict how important those fights will be down the line. Still, the willingness of Republicans to embrace the Bush foreign policy team which in the end were among the least popular of his administration is maybe telling.

Newt 2012

Newt 2012Today Speaker Gingrich received the coveted endorsement of one of the country's most important conservative publications, the Manchester Union-LeaderThe Manchester Union-Leader was among the first to champion Ronald Reagan and has a history of endorsing eventual New Hampshire primary winners! This is just further evidence that Speaker Gingrich is the conservative frontrunner to be the Republican nominee for President!

From today's front-page editorial:

"America is at a crucial crossroads. It is not going to be enough to merely replace Barack Obama next year. We are in critical need of the innovative, forward-looking strategy and positive leadership that Gingrich has shown he is capable of providing.

"He did so with the Contract with America. He did it in bringing in the first Republican House in 40 years and by forging balanced budgets and even a surplus despite the political challenge of dealing with a Democratic President. A lot of candidates say they're going to improve Washington. Newt Gingrich has actually done that, and in this race he offers the best shot of doing it again."

This campaign is peaking at just the right moment. With bold policy initiatives and a history of conservative leadership, Speaker Gingrich has established himself as the conservative alternative to Mitt Romney. Governor Romney is well funded and has a strong organization that has been built during his nearly 5-year Presidential run. If you are ready for bold policies that go beyond timid tinkering around the edges offered by Governor Romney, then we need you to endorse Newt too! We need to 20,000 people to endorse Newt this week by making financial contribution of any amount to this campaign!

Voting begins right after the holidays and we need your help to get  out the vote in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and beyond! Will you invest in a conservative future by making a generous financial contribution of $25, $50, $100, up to the maximum contribution of $2500?

"Considering the geographic proximity, it's simply ridiculous that I can't ship wine to Maryland," reasoned Tom Natan, the owner of Washington DC-based First Vine Wine Imports + Sales, as we sat down over coffeeto discuss the real-life impact of Maryland's anti-consumer wine laws.

Maryland's oenophiles would probably agree. First Vine imports an array of wines from France, Spain, and even Malta. For most of these wines, First Vine is the only importer in the United States. And all the wine is affordable — most bottles range in price from $10 to $35.

Yet consumers in Maryland (and most other states) are legally prohibited from purchasing wine from First Vine and other out-of-state retailers. Such laws stifle consumer choice and keep prices artificially high.

First Vine's story begins about ten years ago. At the time, Tom was a chemical engineer with the National Environmental Trust, and doing lots of international travel as a "roving pollution inventory expert."

On one trip to Mexico, he met an environmental consultant who lived on a vineyard in France. He had always loved wine, so asked for more details – and soon learned that this woman's husband grew grapes in Provence, co-owned the village wine cooperative, led wine tastings for English-speaking tourists, and helped represent a number of small wine producers.

Over a few visits to Provence, Tom fell in love the cooperative's wines. They weren't available in the United States, so Tom thought he could start a business importing those wines.

He was right. Washington DC is one of the only places in the country that allows retailers to import wines directly from overseas producers, so in 2007 — after hiring a liquor attorney, securing a few licenses, and paying several fees — Tom jumped in. It's been his full-time job since 2008.

Today, First Vine sells about 50 cases of wine each month.

"We're a virtual business," Tom explained, as he told me about his growing business. "Our retail license is for where we store our wine, but all of it is delivered. Most is purchased on our website, and most of our customers are local."

In Washington DC, First Vine's products aren't that hard to find.

Interested customers can check out the company's blog and/or Facebook page, where Tom alerts people to upcoming events. About twice each month, First Vine's wines are poured at places like Hill's Kitchen, a gourmet kitchenware store, GoodWood, a quirky furniture boutique, or Alliance Française. Tom can't sell at these tastings, but he can direct people to his website. Tom is also the main wine supplier to many large events, as DC law requires caterers to purchase from a retailer. First Vine was also the only retailer at this year's International Wine & Food Festival.

As one might guess, many of the folks who taste these wines – and then inquire about purchasing them – live in Maryland. The Maryland/DC border, after all, is just four miles from where First Vine stores its wine.

But Tom always refuses the opportunity. "A felony conviction just isn't a risk I'm willing to take," he said. Since 1999, it has been a felony for an out-of-state retailer to ship alcoholic beverages to a Maryland consumer, punishable by up to two years in prison. As Tom (understandably) explained, "that's just not a line I'm willing to cross."

Of course, Maryland residents can skirt the law by using a DC office as their delivery address. Many undoubtedly do.

"If lawmakers are so concerned about Maryland residents ordering wine, perhaps the state police should set up stings at the border crossings," Tom joked.

His larger point was convincing, though. Who, exactly, are Maryland lawmakers protecting?

First Vine carries a unique selection of wines not available anywhere else. The wines are affordable, too — because First Vine is an importer and a retailer, there's no distributor taking a cut. Plus, Tom, his husband Cy, and their business partner, Dare Wenzler, are extremely knowledgeable about the wines they carry. So they can help customers find exactly what they're looking for.

Yet Maryland lawmakers insist on protecting citizens from what Reason magazine writer Jacob Sullum sarcastically described as the "horror of online wine sales."

Many Maryland lawmakers, like House Economic Matters Committee chairman Dereck Davis, maintain that out-of-state retailers like First Vine would threaten the livelihood of local liquor store owners "during the worst economic recession in modern times" if allowed to ship into the state.

In Tom's opinion, this is nonsense.

"I don't pose a threat to any Maryland retailers," Tom argued. "Most liquor shops rely on walk-in business – think of the corner store where people stop on their way home from work to pick up a bottle of wine to have with dinner. I pose no threat to those stores.

"The larger wine shops aren't carrying the same labels I am, because the producers I import can't afford to deal with our country's three-tier system," Tom continued. "It isn't possible for any wine store to carry everything.

"If you have an unserious, unsustainable business that doesn't take customer service seriously, maybe opening up the market to competition will hurt you," Tom admitted. "But those shops probably deserve to go out of business anyway, and will eventually regardless of the law."

And then there are all the ways Maryland could benefit. First Vine does ship to Virginia, collecting both sales and excise taxes for the state. Plus, First Vine had to purchase a $160 "shipper's license" from the state.

"Why doesn't Maryland see this as a revenue generator?" Tom wondered.

The answer, of course, is the power and influence of Maryland's well-heeled special interest groups, who see larger legal and strategic issues at play with the efforts to liberalize Maryland's liquor market. Such protectionist laws, though, are anti-consumer and anti-choice – and must be reformed.
