So the most decent social arrangement is to make more and more people
totally dependent on the government for their food, shelter and
clothing. That is his idea of a decent social arrangement. Whatever
happened to the concept of personal responsibility. That to me is the
most decent social arrangement. Good for the person and also for the
society as well, something that welfare states are not.

OMG....That doctor should lose its license.  That is sick.  But let's be real...all men want a lady in public and a racy woman in the bedroom. It is not specific to Islam.  Spousal infidelity is not linked to how a person performs in the privacy of the bedroom, it has more to do with a person's character and mental status.  But I draw a huge line in the sand that you have to be a whore to keep your husband from beating you.  Maybe these women need some 2nd ammendment lessons instead.

A group of Malaysian women launched an "Obedient Wife Club" on Saturday, urging members to be "whores in bed" and obey their husbands to curb social ills such as divorce and domestic violence.
-Hate to break it to ya babe but violence and islam go together like obama and lying, the two can never be separated.

Islamic group Global Ikhwan held the club's inaugural meeting in Kuala Lumpur, giving women tips on how to keep their men satisfied and prevent them from straying.

"A good wife is perceived to be prim and proper - you just take care of the children - but not much is emphasised on fulfilling sexual needs of the husband. If he needs sex, obey him," Rohaya Mohamad, the club's vice-president said.

Dr Rohaya, 46, said 30 per cent of the club members were in polygamous marriages while the rest were in monogamous relationships and that the club was open to non-Muslims.

Personal Secession – The Way to Freedom
by Michael S. Rozeff

http://lewrockwell.com/rozeff/rozeff355.html

"If we actually want freedom and not slavery, we cannot have one government for all. Freedom and one government for all are inconsistent with one another. They contradict one another. To have one government and simultaneously to have freedom is an impossibility.

"To arrive at greater freedom, one has to have the freedom to remove the manacles imposed by a government that presumes to be the government for all. One has to be able to opt out of government laws. One has to be able to secede personally from a government.

"Personal secession manifests one's personal freedom to choose a government (or no government) of one's desires, by oneself or in association with other people."

Freedom is always illegal!

When we ask for freedom, we have already failed. It is only when we declare freedom for ourselves and refuse to accept any less, that we have any possibility of being free.

I certainly don't want you repeating your fallacies.

Dick Morris consistently misses the point when he figures the needed revolt to save the USA, economically and socially, can be won while saving the failed rituals that brought this country to the brink of ruin in the first place.  He talks about some vague conservative candidate winning the 2012 Presidential race against Barack Obama. Morris, like most at Fox News, smiles so broadly in talking about the 2012 race for President, that he, effectively, is endorsing having an unconstitutional Manchurian Candidate President from Kenya, who is THE most hurtful man to the USA in our entire history, get a second chance at the White House.

I almost gag each time Barack Obama bounces down the steps of Air Force Oneevery bit as well as Fred Astaire could have done.  At the bottom of the planes stair our President (sic) is greeted by saluting, smiling soldiers.  Those are caught in the God Damned ritual of looking up to whatever crook happens to be squatting in the White House.  None of those soldiers, not even generals, have yet to honor their sworn oaths to  ï¿½protect this country from all enemies, foreign and domestic.  The vote is still out whether Barack Obama can qualify as a domestic enemy.  *** Unless the US Secret Service says, definitively, that Obama is domestic, then I side with the thousands of computer savvy graphics experts who know that all LAYERED PDF files are contrived documents.  And if Barack Obama, indeed, presented such a contrived long form birth certificate, then he should be hanged for TREASON on that fact alone!  Since the Secret Service seems more inclined to go along with the protocol of ritual, than they are inclined to obey their sworn oaths to uphold the Constitution, every compliant member of the Secret Service looking the other way to W. H. criminality is giving aid and comfort to the enemytreason.  A lot of strong, and should have been smarter men, are going to hang unless one of those men is moral enough to DO what is right for America, and to crap-on any ritual that would do otherwise!

The reason Fox News and other media outlets play down Obamas contrived citizenship in this country is because all of those know that nothing would shoot-down faster, the (G. D.) rituals of our unconstitutional two party political system, and the spaced-out (in time and place), unconstitutional presidential primaries.  Our country would forever be changed, not by me, but by Donald Trump.  Hes the first public figure brave enough to point out that Barack Obama isnt lily white.  Sarah Palin, reportedly, has urged Trump to consider running as an independent.  I want ALL serious candidates for President to run as independents!  That way they can say to HELL with the wasteful, unconstitutional and immoral political primaries! Instead of spending billions on the primaries, the candidates would only need to raise, like, five million dollars each to support the needed preparation for the several, aired presidential debates and the nationally televised personal interviews (Barbara Walters and Katie Couric excluded).  The advent of their being TVs in every home has shot-to-hell any rationale for having a bunch of FOOL presidential candidates crisscrossing the country to press-the-flesh with typically apathetic voters.  Making unkeepable promises to those same disparate voters borders on bribery.  ï¿½Vote for ME, and I will do this for you! is the promise that got Obama elected (gag).  But never more!  It will only take one or two other public figures, with the strength of character of Donald Trump, to fire the SECOND shot heard round the world.  ï¿½Revolt, Dick Morris!  ï¿½Revolt, Bernie Goldberg!  ï¿½Revolt, Rick Santorum!  ï¿½Revolt, Sarah Palin!  ï¿½Revolt all true American patriots who are out there!

Its appropriate to honor our military on Memorial Day.  I think it would be nice to have a few people be vocal regarding my spending fifteen years of my life Penning and Polishing my New Constitution of the USA.  Over the past few years, Ive written essays totaling more words than the novel War and Peace.  The theme of most of those could be: Economic doom or Capitalist prosperity!  Read my book touting the latter cure for our woes.  The simple cures are the best!

UK: Man Gets Suspended 6-Month Sentence for Stuffing Ham Into Shoes of Muslim Worshipers

doctorbulldog | 6 June, 2011 at 10:31 am | Categories: Multiculturalism, Muslim whining | URL: http://wp.me/p1NPg-7ai

Sheesh!  Given the obviously pro-muzzie bias in the following article, you would have thought the guy was a pedophile or something:

Racist who filled Muslims' shoes with ham as they prayed in a mosque walks free from court

DailyMail.co.uk  -  6 June 2011

A racist thug who stuffed ham into the shoes of Muslim worshippers at a mosque has escaped a jail term.

Jamie Knowlson, 30, also draped slices of the meat - which Muslims are banned from eating - on railings outside the mosque as his victims prayed inside.

He was then caught on CCTV hurling abuse at worshippers after they confronted him over his sacrilegious act.

Islam teaches its followers to avoid pig meat as it makes them impure and unclean.

Knowlson initially told police the stunt was a drunken joke but later admitted that he was fully aware of the offence his actions would cause.

He pleaded guilty to causing racially or religiously aggravated harassment and could have been jailed for up to two years.

But walked free from Bristol Crown Court with a suspended six-month prison sentence because he had returned to the mosque to apologise for his actions.

Sentencing, Her Honour Judge Carol Hagen said: 'It is difficult to imagine a more offensive incident.

Uhm...  How about the UK's banning of crosses?  What about the Red Cross's banning of Christmas displays?  Those actions seem pretty offensive to Christians.  Just saying...

'Not only the fixing of meat to railings but aggravated, in my view, that members of the mosque were inside praying at the time.'

The court heard that Knowlson, from Kingswood, Bristol, targeted the Al-Baseera mosque in the St Judes area of the city which is used by more than 2,000 Somali Muslims every week.

He crept to the mosque from nearby Redwood House homeless shelter on January 9 this year - putting ham in footwear and on railings outside the building as worshippers prayed.

CCTV footage showed him returning to the shelter, where he was confronted by the mosque's caretaker Abdi Djmaa.

As Mr Djmaa returned to the mosque he heard shouts of 'the next visit will be harder', 'bad meat' and 'girls' coming from the direction of the building.

David Hunter, prosecuting at Bristol Crown Court, said it had been a premeditated attack specifically targeted at the Muslim community.

The court heard that shamed Knowlson had returned to the mosque to apologise after the hate crime.

Ian Halliday, defending, said: 'This was a brutal, misconceived, drunken prank.'

He returned to the mosque and offered his apologies in person.

Knowlson sat in tears as he was handed a six-month suspended sentence  and 150 hours of unpaid work.

Are the feds torturing the Patriot Act for location data?

By Timothy B. Lee Published about 4 hours ago

It's hard to imagine a Senator making a blunter statement than Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) made in the heat of the Patriot Act reauthorization fight last month: "When the American people find out how their government has secretly interpreted the Patriot Act," he said, "they will be stunned and they will be angry." Wyden is in a position to know. As a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, he receives classified briefings from the executive branch. And in recent years, three other current and former members of the Senate—Mark Udall (D-CO), Dick Durbin (D-IL), and Russ Feingold (D-WI)—have made similar comments.

These statements are puzzling because the explicit powers Congress has given to the government are already quite broad. For example, we've extensively covered the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 and the rapid increase in the use of National Security Letters since the enactment of the Patriot Act. Apparently, the government has such an appetite for information about Americans that it has felt the need to push even these quite generous boundaries.

The government's activities are shrouded in secrecy, so we can't be sure what the senators are referring to. But the evidence suggests that the Obama administration is using Section 215 of the Patriot Act—a provision that gives the government access to "business records"—as the legal basis for the large-scale collection of cell phone location records.

What we know

It seems clear that the senators' concerns relate to Section 215 of the Patriot Act. As Ars alumnus Julian Sanchez ably explains in a recent paper for the Cato Institute, Section 215 gives the government the power to obtain "business records" without a showing of probable cause. The debate over section 215 has largely focused on library records, but the Patriot Act's definition of a "business record" extends to any "tangible thing."

When Congress considered limiting the use of Section 215 orders to terrorism investigations in 2009, it ran into stiff opposition from the Obama administration. Sen. Durbin wasn't happy about this. "The real reason for resisting this obvious, common-sense modification of Section 215 is unfortunately cloaked in secrecy," he said. He suggested that this secrecy was inconsistent with "transparency, accountability, and fidelity to the rule of law and our Constitution"

An even more direct statement came from Sen Feingold. He noted that Patriot Act supporters had claimed in 2005 that Section 215 had never been misused. "They cannot make that statement now," he said. "They have been misused." Unfortunately, he said, the details were classified.

So in 2009, at least two Senators believed that Section 215 of the Patriot Act was being abused. Two years later, in the midst of a debate about again extending Section 215 authority, two other Senators complained about classified Patriot Act abuses. It's not a big leap to suppose these comments all refer to the same government activity.

Every step you take

So what's the government doing? A growing body of evidence suggests the controversy is related to cell phone location data. Law enforcement officials have become increasingly reliant on this kind of information. In a recent paper on the subject, Stephanie K. Pell and Christopher Soghoian tell the story of the Scarecrow Bandits, a gang that committed a string of bank robberies in the Dallas area. FBI agents captured the gang by examining cell phone location records and identifying phones that had made calls near several of the banks that were robbed.

In a lengthy blog post, Julian Sanchez recently laid out the evidence tying the Section 215 controversy to the government's appetite for location data.

First, Wyden recently unveiled legislation that would require a warrant for the feds to acquire geolocation data. The bill would establish the "exclusive means" for obtaining cell phone location information; it nevertheless goes out of its way to specify that location data may not be obtained using Section 215. This is puzzling since there's no particular reason to think Section 215 would be used in this way. But maybe Sen. Wyden knows something we don't.

Second, Sanchez notes that Sen. Udall has repeatedly warned about Section 215 giving the government "unfettered" access to "a cell phone company's phone records." Two things are notable about this phrasing: first, it specifically mentions cell phone, not wireline, records. And second, it refers to a company's records, rather than records related to some individual.

The obvious conclusion is that the government has been claiming that geolocation information—most likely, data about which cell phone tower users are near at any given time—is a "business record" that can be obtained under section 215. By treating this information as the records of the cell phone company rather than the personal information of subscribers, the government sidesteps the need to show that any particular customer is suspected of a crime.

More transparency needed

Clearly, law enforcement officials need a process for obtaining location data. Reasonable people can disagree about the proper standard of review. And obviously, for surveillance to be effective, some operational details need to be kept secret.

But without knowledge of the basic facts—what kind of information is being collected, how much, and with what procedural safeguards—it's impossible to have an informed public debate. Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) recently unveiled privacy legislation that would raise the standard for government access to location data. The Pell and Soghoian paper suggests a different framework for regulating government access. It's impossible to have an intelligent debate about these or other options if we don't know what the government is already doing.

Fortunately, the ACLU is on the case. Last week, it filed a Freedom of Information Act request seeking documents related to the Bush and Obama administration's legal interpretations of Section 215 of the Patriot Act. FOIA is a slow and cumbersome process, and the Obama administration will undoubtedly fight the ACLU's efforts. But if the request succeeds, it will give the American public some of the information it needs to have a well-informed debate.

Update: To be clear, Section 215 of the Patriot Act allows information to be collected in an intelligence context. In contrast, the Leahy bill and the Pell/Soghoian proposal both reform law enforcement access to location data. So neither proposal would directly affect the use of Section 215.

John,

It is obvious you want to fight the good fight. It is also obvious you are not equipped to do so. You continually infer that which does not exist.

Secret Service agents are not "executive or judicial officers" of either "the United States or of the several states." Therefore, you contention that Secret Service agents shall be bound by Article VI to support the Constitution is incorrect.

By the way, Article VI, paragraph three (properly quoted) states, "The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."

That OATH requires supporting that the USA is a REPUBLIC. As soon as Barack Obama started appointing czars and making executive orders pushing the USA toward socialism and communism, all officers, such as the Secret Service, are bound by the Constitution to ARREST his skinny ass for treason! Tens of thousands in our military have died fighting socialist and communist nations. So, why won't any one fight the grave enemy bastard who is in our midst? It's because people in government value their identity with... power. Doing WRONG makes one seem more powerful than doing right, "because the glory in doing right must always be shared with its unspoken moral imperative." Jonathan, for a shallow anarchist like you, you seem incapable of understanding that the spirit of the overall Constitution has deference over any "authorization". Leave Obama Alone and Let Him Eat a Damned Chilidog!

by Snidely Whiplash

It's getting way too stupid for me to tolerate much longer. Barack Obama, my favorite whipping boy, and one who much deserves 99% of the abuse I heap upon him, is not, I repeat not, guilty of every wrong on the planet and to see the news of the weekend of the food pyramid becoming a "plate" and Obama eating a chilidog is becoming not only tiresome but childishly unfair.

In case one was not paying attention, late last week the FDA decided the old food pyramid is no longer applicable and now they will use a "plate" to show the approximate breakdown of the portions of grain, protein, fruits and vegetables one should consume daily. And since the First Lady is all about nutrition poor Barack is rife for ridicule. Frankly it's getting a bit too childish for my juvenile ass to countenance any longer.

Leave the president alone if he wants a Hell burger or a couple chilidogs for Heaven's sake. If being a food Nazi is his wife's thing, fine, let it be. But can't the president at least eat something he enjoys occasionally? He's skinny as a rail, plays basketball and golf regularly and to the eye looks to be in excellent physical shape for a man who will be 50 years old in two months.

Yeah, I know...I am constantly savaging Mr. Obama, but that is for things he actually says, does, supports or does not handle as I personally believe a president should. But this incessant busting on him for the occasional burger or whatever is really petulant and shines negatively upon those making such objections.

Considering all the real things Obama does and does not do for us to fairly and factually criticize, a burger, beer or chilidog is just playing "gotcha," and directed at someone who is not really the one pushing the "eat sprouts" nonsense. The food business is his wife's issue and frankly I know a beaten man when I see one...he gets enough grief at home so let him have a few moments of peace.
